Assalamualaikum semua.

Harapnya tak terlambat nak review (dah nak 2nd anniversary kot) dua daripada servis yang aku dapat masa wedding haritu, iaitu photographer and videographer. Benda best kena share so korang pon boleh ade memorable wedding ok. Hehe

Dia ni memang dah lama aku usha kat instagram. Dah follow sebelum kahwin lagi. Tapi masa tu tak rajin nak follow kat ig, just tengok website dia. Memang love dia punya hasil gambar. Clean je semua.

Banyak sangat gambar cantik rasa cam nak masukkan semuaaaaa!!! arghh

Untuk orang Kuantan memang recommended lah, sebab dia ni memang Kuantanese. Tapi rasanya sekarang untuk area KL and Shah Alam pon boleh. Yang bestnya dia ni ada makwe MUA (Make-Up Artist). Heheh. So untuk korang yang tak jumpa MUA lagi boleh buka page Instagram:  @makeupbycwfarah . I took her service for my nikah and reception as well and she was amazing. Untuk majlis aku, aku dapat 1 album 40 pages (kalau tak silap) with full leather cover, cd with pictures, & 1 big frame with a picture of me and Husband.

Ok yang ni official videographer (ceh fefeeling artist plak nak letak official. Hahaha). To be frank, memula memang questioned jugak kepentingan nak hire videographer ni. Ye lah dok fikir, perlu ke? Rasanya gambar je pon dah cukup kot. Tapi bila fikir fikir balik. Ala rugi plak kalau tak record momen momen penting kan. Macam akad nikah & what not. Lagi pon kahwin kan sekali seumur hidup . Haha. Atleast for us girls kan (rolling eyes).

So i did my research here and there, and with budget that i have, depa je lah yang i mampu. Hehe. But fret not, diorang punya taste not bad jugak tau for their price. Package ada banyak kalau tak silap masa kenduri aku tu aku pilih video for nikah + reception.

What i got: a copy of videos from my nikah and reception (seperate videos, each about 4minutes+) + free couple tees from Meetsuri (Hubbee & Wifee)(tak penah pakai sampai sekarang sebab lengan pendek and takde kardigan/inner, hehehe).

#19 DIY: Polaroid Wedding Guestbook

Assalamulaikum semua.

This time around i wanna share how i DIYed my wedding guestbook (Walaupun dah nak masuk 2 tahun kahkah) But i think it was the best decision i have ever made. Cheap, and i love every single detail of it.

Bermulanya camni, aku nak kahwin kan, so biasala, nak merakam majlis tu dengan kehadiran orang orang yang kita jemput. Guestbook/ guestnote kan ada banyak jenis, ada yang bentuk daun la, cop cop jari la, tulis note and gantung kat frame la, eh macam macam la. Tapi aku ni jenis traditional sikit. Nak yang jenis buku je. Haha.

Then aku google la for inspiration katanya. Memang ada macam macam jenis and pattern for guestbook. Aku pon cari jugak seller yang boleh buat mengikut apa yang kite nak. Tapi takde satu pon berkenan kat hati (susah jugak cerewet ni). Aku pon terfikir, why not buat sendiri aje. Bukan susah pon, beli 1 rim kertas, tebuk lubang, letak hardcover, & decorate lah! Haha. As easy as that.

So terjadilah guestbook ni -- (okay not the best picture of the book but i can tell you it satisfies me!)

Okay now what you need are:

1) A rim of paper of your choice. I chose cream coloured paper. Beli kat kedai buku, 100sheets baru RM14

6) The most important, a glue!

How to --

Basically you guys got the point right. 

1) Punch holes through the paper and covers. I punched six numbers of holes (more sturdy)

2) Stamp every pages of of the paper using your designated stamp and stamp pad. I like this sebab nampak lah berseri sikit page tu and every page is personal. (Asked my sister to do this, hehe)

The stamp. Benda stamp tu tak ingat letak kat mana tak sempat nak snap pic. My dearest sister yang pilihkan. Suka design ni sib baik cantik hahaha

3) Bind the pages and the cover together.

4) Decorate the front cover!

- Yang ni ikut kreativiti memasing jugak. For me aku letak gambar tu sebab nak bagi hipster. Kahkah. Then jute twine tu taktau sebab just because 😃Then tambah lah sikit ayat ayat personal kat depan tu eg. The Wedding of IDAH & NAQI, 25 APRIL 2015 (print out je, nak tulis tulisan buruk)😂

Lebih kurang camni. Font type boleh cari kat Internet. Senang!

So the end product after the majlis is like this!

I mean, isi dalam dia macam ni la. Hehe

Memang sangat puas hati. Pens yang provided kat meja tu pun semua warna warna tanah je. Black, silver, gold. Monochromatic je lah. So takde la colourful2 sangat. Hehe

#18 DIY: Crochet Flower Handbouquet

Assalamualaikum. 

Ever wondered about how your wedding flower hand bouquet would be? (if you are not yet married). For me i have always wanted a simple hand bouquet, pastel in colour, with no heavy beads nor accessories. but you know time can change someone's taste kan. So i ended up having a crocheted flower hand bouquet for my own wedding. Yeayyy! (okay masih belum move on pasal majlis kahwin. Haha)

After upon several googling that i made,  i decided  to DIY my own hand bouquet. Pretty confident i must say. Aku ni jenis tak kesah sangat orang nak cakap apa pun. Janji aku puas hati. Hahaha.

Actually DIY ing your own things for your wedding can cut cost waaaayyy more than you think. So i wanna help those b-2-b out there who would want simple and a lesser cost flower hand bouquet (simple if you know how to crochet. Emm) a disclaimer, I didnt make my own crochet flowers, i asked my mum. Haha.

So lets start. What you'll need:

1) Crocheted Flowers

Kebetulan, my mom is so expert in this crocheting things. She can crochet bags, scarves, baby booties and even snow caps. And masa tu my mom memang tengah into it lah orang cakap. So i pun nyelit lah mintakkan my mom crochet some flowers (only the flowers, without stem). Hahaha

It would look like the flowers below. Do several of them. Mine are roses. Hehe

2) Sponge with the hand bouquet holder

It would look like in the picture below. Tak sure apa orang panggil tapi banyak jual kat kedai bunga.

I got mine at kedai bunga which was RM5.90 sebiji.

3) Brooches (Silver, or any kind)
I got mine at pasar masjid jamek. Kena pandai pilih. Ada yang mahal, ada yang jual murah. yang penting kena rajin survey. Ekeke.
Yang aku beli lebih kurang macam kat bawah ni ada jual 3 RM10.

4) Dawai
This one depends on your accesories. Untuk bunga tak kisah sangat, sebab bunga ringan je. Untuk brooch kena yang tebal sikit

Gambar hiasan je. Pemilihan code tu depends kat masing masing. Tapi jangan lembik or nipis sangat tau. Aku pun dah tak ingat dawai aku pakai code dia apa. Haha

Steps:

1) Paling first sekali, crochet your flowers. Make about15-18 of them. Colours depend on you guys.

For me, i chosed pink, deep pink, white, light yellow, deep yellow, red, orange, maroon, green for some leaves. Hehe

2) Attached the flowers to the wire. One flower to one wire. Cut the edges of the wire, but leave aprrox5-6cm of wire (so that we can drive it into the sponge later)

3)Attached the leaves, also to the wire (individual wire)(same steps as the flower)

4) Style your flower bouquet, depending on your creativity. I styled mine randomly. Hahaha. Once you put all of the flowers, put the leaves on (as in the picture above)

5) Then we need to cover the handle. For me i chose cream colored ribbons and coil around the handle. Make a ribbon shape out of the ribbon and tie to the handle. Find another type of lace, also tie it on the handle (so that it looks 'fluffy')

6) For the brooches, tie the wire to the brooches. Number of brooches depends on how blingy you want your hand bouquet to be. Hehe. I used 5 of them.

#17 REVIEW: Hantaran

Assalamualaikum.

*WARNING: Long post ahead*

Tadi terjumpa gambar dalam phone. Gambar hantaran masa majlis haritu. Sebelum terlupa nak cerita la dulu. Atleast nanti boleh tengok balik as kenang kenangan. Haha

Hmm. Ni gambar dari phone.

Hantaran memang decide nak buat the least as possible. Jadinya 5 berbalas 7. Biasa lah kan. Tak mampu la deknon nak 13 berbalas 15 bagai. Hahaha

1) Sirih Junjung

Ok yang ni sebenarnya mula mula decided taknak letak, sebab takut membazir. Zaman sekarang mana ada orang makan sirih lagi dah. Even parents aku pun tak makan. Tapi tah macamana last last selit jugak sirih sebagai hantaran sebab taktau dah nak bagi apa. Sebagai adat lah kot kan. Huhu. Tempah kat kedai kat Jalan Teluk Sisek. Kedai bunga chinese. Sebab tu gubahan dia macam bouquet bunga, tak macam sirih junjung yang banyak2 style tu. Hehe. Aku ok je. Ni mak yang order kan. Siap bertema kan pink n white tau. Hehe

2) Kuih Karas

Taktau la kalau korang tau ni kuih apa. Quoted:

"Kuih karas merupakan sejenis kuih tradisional yang diperbuat daripada tepung beras. Ia mempunyai bentuk seperti jaringan halus seperti bihun tetapi rangup dan rasanya manis.

Kuih karas ini mempunyai bentuk seperti jala halus yang agak keras dan mempunyai rasa yang manis dan garing.

Kuih karas dihasilkan dengan menggunakan adunan tepung beras cair yang dikirai dengan menggunakan acuan khas dalam minyak panas sehingga kuning keemasan. Ia kemudian diangkat dan dilipat"

Kuih ni makcik aku yang sponsor. tak sure dia import dari mana. Haha. Tapi yang special nya kuih ni bentuk bunga ros beb. Huhu

3) Macarons

Rasanya ni yang paling gigih kot aku beli. Pergi beli naik bas weh. Lulz. Ofcourse lah aku yang teringin nak makan. Tapi tak sempat rasa pon. Sebab kan bagi kat pihak lelaki. Haha. Macarons ni beli kat TWG Tea. Sebenarnya feeling2 je nak bagi macarons. Aku tak biasa makan. Penah makan tapi tak berapa sedap. So aku siap google lah kat Malaysia ni macarons kt mana yang paling sedap. Kahkah. Jadinya review kata kat sini yang antara the best.

So aku google location kedai yang paling dekat dengan ofis. Paling dekat tau tak kat mana? Pavi uolls. So dengan mangatnya aku time tu keje kat Dayabumi, naik lrt turun KLCC and naik 'GO Bus' depan KLCC tu turun betul betul depan Pavillion. Go bus tu free je. Korang try lah naik. Surprisingly memudahkan. Hehe.

Macarons kat TWG Tea ni sumpah comel. Dia punya filling dalam macarons ni semua infused with tea. Macam macam filling dia jual. Siap boleh pilih kaler kotak dia. Kalau tak silap ada merah, kuning & purple. Aku pilih purple. Harga dia aku tak ingat. Tapi Naqi cakap tak sedap pon. Kahkah. Tapi taktau la sebab Naqi tu tak reti makan menda manis. So mungkin dia rasa tak sedap, tapi sebenarnya sedap. Entah. Haha.

4) Kain Songket

Songket ni mak kata hadiah daripada mak ke menantu. Gitchuu. Kebetulan sebelum kahwin ada pergi Terengganu. So kitorang singggah la tempat biasa which are kalau tak Pasar Payang, pegi Noor Arfa Batik. Ni memang tempat feveret. Sebab jarang dah sekarang balik KT. Setahun mungkin 2 3 kali je. So kitorang suka la cuci mata tengok tengok kain kat sana. Hehe.

Songket yang ni takde la mahal sangat. Beli yang simple je. Sebab songket kalau cantik sangat kan boleh jadi harga ribu ribu. Rasanye ni yang paling murah lah. Hadiah songket sebab songket kan boleh tahan lama. Hopefully original songket from terengganu lah kan. Boleh tahan sampai anak cucu cicit. Hahaha

5) Perfume

Perfume ni aku tak berapa ingat harga berapa. Tapi time beli tu kat Metrojaya Mid Valley. Wangi tau bau dia. Brand Crocodile kalau tak silap. Aku tak arif sangat lah perfume2 ni. Ni pon Naqi yang pilih sendiri. Aku pun tak pakai. Tapi hantaran aku dapat perfume jugak. Haha

6) Kasut

Standard lah kan orang bagi kasut as hantaran. Tapi kasut lelaki semua mahal mahal beb. Kalau murah sikit mesti tak berapa cantik or biasa je. Yang ni pon pening nak beli. Sebab budget berapa je. Tapi beli jugaklah. Niat nak hadiah. Boleh bawak pergi kerja kan. Takpun bawak pergi majlis ke. Hehe

7) Wallet/man purse

Ni memang kebetulan tengok kat instagram. Macam cantik pulak kan tengok diorang punya skill. Boleh customade korang punya wallet. Kebetulan Naqi punya wallet yang dah ada dah lunyai, so i decided nak bagi lah as hadiah. Siap buat sketch bagai beb bagi kat tukang buat tu. mangat jugak time tu. Hahaha.

Ok tu je lah kot. Gubahan semua buat sendiri iaitu oleh mak aku. Ikat ikat riben tu ada lah aku beri sentuhan sikit. Kahkah. Tapi gubahan tu actually senang je. Beli beberapa bouquet of flowers yang ada 2 3 jenis bunga. Pastu letak je kat atas dulang. Patu barang barang hantaran tu ikat je dengan riben. Tadaaa. Haha. Dulang pun iols yang DIY sendiri. Gamkan pinggan dengan pasu. Haha bunyi cam pelik kan tapi tak kisah la janji aku puas hati. Nak buat entry pasal DIY dulang hantaran tapi masa buat tu lupa nak amik gambar. Sooo. Tengoklah camne.

Masyallah. As i look back at the picture it brings back a thousand thoughts to mind. A thousand memories. Enough to say that 2015 is the best year for me? The picture already shows my wedding. Most of it is my wedding. Haha.

2015 taught me a lot. As a daughter, a wife, a daughter in law, a sister in law. Pheww.

I think 2015 is the highlight of my life? Transition from a person to another better person. I hope. But im still the same.

#15 REVIEW Pelamin: Annasofeabridal & Eksotik Collections

Assalamualaikum.

So my next lucky number of review is about pelamin. Okay sebenarnya kahwin dah sebulan lebih dah Alhamdulillah, tapi nak jugak buat review.  Hehe. Kite nak tolong orang yang dah banyak sangat tolong kite. Plus hasil tangan diorang cantik. So, tak salah rasanya nak review jugak walaupun lambat. Hahaha!

Okay yang ni pun Alhamdulillah puas hati. Tapi tu lah kan. Ermm Okay just check out their page ok!


p/s: My tips is that, look for vendors yang boleh bagi sketch kat korang, atleast korang ada hitam putih. And you know what you are going to get.

Yang ni memang recommended sangat sangat. Nama dia Farah. Very professional. On time, and dia akan tanya dulu korang nak makeup macam mana. Aaaaand insyallah dia boleh ikut. For me (yang memang tak penah makeup) i just go with the flow. She will show you her work through the process. Maknanya kalau you guys rasa lipstik merah sangat ke, eyeshadow gelap sangat ke, dia boleh padam or buat semula. Hehe

Tips: If you are not confident, try her makeup first. Sb my personal opinion, for my nikah makeup, makeup jadi bercapuk. Actually sb aku ni banyak berpeluh kat muka. Hahaha! (yang reception sangat cantik, sebab dah overcome masalah tu dengan pakai foundation lain. See betapa penting try make up tau)

P/S: She's great for a girl her age :)

Photobooth vendor memang senang sangat nak deal. Sebenarnya aku nak photobooth yang paling basic sekali, & yang pastinya murahhhh. Aku pening kepala sekali nak guestbook la sekali nak DIY guestbook lah pun dia rilek je melayan. Hahaha TT

Guestbook DIY pun senang je, beli satu rim kertas, tebuk lubang, pasang rim. Andddd if you want it to be exclusive just use black/dark colored marker pens, and use plain papers (tips: beli kat Mydin memang murah). Cheaper cost but look expensive! Hehe

#10 A BIG THANK YOU NOTE!

Alhamdulillah. Untuk segala rahmat. Alhamdulillah for all the blessings and perfect majlis exactly like i have wanted.

I want to say thank you to my parents, thank you for keeping up with me, nak khemah transparent lah, nak fairy lights dekat pelamin lah, nak pakai flower crown lah instead of jewel crown (which i know at first you didnt approve of it), baju takmo bling bling lah (hahaha) and god knows what more did i wanted. Thank you for staying by my side walaupun idah duduk jauh kat kl tapi dekat rumah mak lah yang pening kepala fikir siapa nak amik katering, berapa orang nak makan, yadda yadda which i know only you know whats the best for the majlis and i trust you for that. Im sorry i couldnt help much as you said tak yah lah balik every weekend nanti penat TT

To my dad, terima kasih jadi wali to your most fav daughter (self claimed) Hahaha. Cat rumah bagai, pasang lampu, alih angkat barang, macam macam lagilahhh. Semua buat sendiri. Tanpamu siapalah daku alid. TT

To my sis, thank you soooooo much tolong bawak mak settlekan errands related to my wedding, pergi kejar orang dewan, keluar masuk butik, jumpa acik katering tu, hantar baju kat dobi. Ahhhh banyak sangat. Stress sana sini. Nanti kite belanja garret popcorn eh. Hehehe!

To my bro and sis in law, thank you buat pelamin yang sangat cantik and sebijik sjibuk macam yg idah nak (I promised ill make a review about the gorgeous pelamin), 3 minggu berturut every weekend balik kuantan sebab nak angkat barang pelamin and pasang pelamin. Then let me stay for about 3 months at your place before i get married. Ahhh jasa tak terbalas rasanya TT

Assalamualaikum.

Masih awal nak komen apa apa. Baru 6 hari. Hihihi. But what I can say is that its a bless to be married. Alhamdulillah.

Now im staying at my in law's house until my second reception here in Shah Alam. Best. Meriah. Pagi petang malam asyik makan. Menton jugak kejap lagi. Haha

Anywayyyyyy, Nanti kite review lah eh apa apa yang patut. Sekarang tak menyempat lagi. Nak amik hati mak mertua lagi ni. Hahaha
