#19 DIY: Polaroid Wedding Guestbook

Assalamulaikum semua.

This time around i wanna share how i DIYed my wedding guestbook (Walaupun dah nak masuk 2 tahun kahkah) But i think it was the best decision i have ever made. Cheap, and i love every single detail of it.

Bermulanya camni, aku nak kahwin kan, so biasala, nak merakam majlis tu dengan kehadiran orang orang yang kita jemput. Guestbook/ guestnote kan ada banyak jenis, ada yang bentuk daun la, cop cop jari la, tulis note and gantung kat frame la, eh macam macam la. Tapi aku ni jenis traditional sikit. Nak yang jenis buku je. Haha.

Then aku google la for inspiration katanya. Memang ada macam macam jenis and pattern for guestbook. Aku pon cari jugak seller yang boleh buat mengikut apa yang kite nak. Tapi takde satu pon berkenan kat hati (susah jugak cerewet ni). Aku pon terfikir, why not buat sendiri aje. Bukan susah pon, beli 1 rim kertas, tebuk lubang, letak hardcover, & decorate lah! Haha. As easy as that.

So terjadilah guestbook ni -- (okay not the best picture of the book but i can tell you it satisfies me!)

Okay now what you need are:

1) A rim of paper of your choice. I chose cream coloured paper. Beli kat kedai buku, 100sheets baru RM14

2) Hard cover

3) Ring binder

4) Stamp & stamp pad

5) Decorative ie. lace, jute twine, a picture, etc

6) The most important, a glue!

How to --

Basically you guys got the point right. 

1) Punch holes through the paper and covers. I punched six numbers of holes (more sturdy)

2) Stamp every pages of of the paper using your designated stamp and stamp pad. I like this sebab nampak lah berseri sikit page tu and every page is personal. (Asked my sister to do this, hehe)

3) Bind the pages and the cover together.

4) Decorate the front cover!

- Yang ni ikut kreativiti memasing jugak. For me aku letak gambar tu sebab nak bagi hipster. Kahkah. Then jute twine tu taktau sebab just because 😃Then tambah lah sikit ayat ayat personal kat depan tu eg. The Wedding of IDAH & NAQI, 25 APRIL 2015 (print out je, nak tulis tulisan buruk)😂

Lebih kurang camni. Font type boleh cari kat Internet. Senang!

So the end product after the majlis is like this!

I mean, isi dalam dia macam ni la. Hehe

Memang sangat puas hati. Pens yang provided kat meja tu pun semua warna warna tanah je. Black, silver, gold. Monochromatic je lah. So takde la colourful2 sangat. Hehe
