No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Assalamualaikum. 

Last 2 days i tried out this one recipe. Sebenarnya recipe ni buat sendiri, i mean adapt recipe lain, jadi perasa lain. Hahaha. I took the recipe of Lemon Cheesecake. The one that doesnt need to be baked. It is super easy! Hehe nak buat lemon cheesecake tu macam boring sebab haritu dah buat dah. Mulut ni teringin je nak makan oreo pulak. Haha ngade ngade betul. Share kat ig ramai pulak yang bertanya nak recipe. Actually malu nak share sebab aku rasa biasa je. Macam manis ada la. (poyo) Tp lepas mak approved cakap sedap so macam yakin la sikit nak share. Hahahahaha (double poyo) So here it is the recipe :)

A packet of Oreo cookies, about 175gm

2tbsp of butter

250gm creamcheese

150gm condensed milk/susu pekat

1. 8pcs oreo, separate the cream form the bicuits, crushed finely, boleh jugak masuk blender je, then mix well with the melted butter. Pastu padatkan kat base acuan macam ni. Left to chill in the fridge.

2. Sementara tu buat filling dia, beat the creamcheese pastu masukkan susu pekat, then masukkan lebihan biskut tadi

3. Okay once mixed boleh curah je dalam base biskut tadi :) let chill in the freezer semalaman

Then tadaaaaaaaaaaa :P
